About Material

Titanium (Ti6Al4V) is a workhorse alloy in SLM 3D printing's additive manufacturing process. The mechanical qualities are similar to wrought titanium in terms of tensile strength, elongation, and hardness when compared to Ti grade 23 annealed. Vacuum stress alleviation is applied to the final components made of Ti6Al4V.
