How SLA 3D printing functions
1. In the tank of liquid resin, the molding platform is mounted at a layer's height above the liquid.
2. Layer-by-layer ultraviolet laser printing that selectively cures photopolymer resin. The laser beam is directed along a predetermined path, scanning the printed object and curing it.
3. The forming platform is lowered by one layer after the printing of one layer is finished, and the scraper applies a fresh layer to the surface. Till the model is printed, repeat this process.
4. The prototype is removed from the resin once printing is finished, allowed to cure, polished, and then electroplated, painted, or colored to create the desired product.
