In the sand casting model, JR uses a bonding jet technology, also known as 3DP (Three Dimensional Printing and Gluing), which uses a nozzle to spray a binder to selectively bond powder to form.

First, the powder spreading mechanism precisely lays a layer of powder on the processing platform, and then the inkjet print head sprays a layer of special glue on the powder according to the cross-sectional shape of this layer, and the thin layer of powder is sprayed onto the glue is cured. Then a layer of powder of a certain thickness is spread on this layer, and the print head sprays glue according to the shape of the next section. So layer upon layer, from bottom to top, until all layers of a part are printed. Then clean up the uncured powder to obtain a three-dimensional prototype with a molding accuracy of 0.09mm.
