Nylon Powder 3D Printing produces robust items with great strength and good durability. mainly by layer-by-layer laser sintering and fusing nylon powder. High-quality parts that are nearly fit for final usage are produced using this procedure. SLS printing, which produces functional components with complicated structures more effectively, is not supported.
The use of selective laser sintering in 3D printing manufacturing is suitable for creating parts that feel, look, and function like end-use parts. With barely perceptible layer lines, they offer a uniform matte finish. Functionally, they deliver consistent mechanical characteristics, abrasion resistance, and high impact resistance in demanding applications. In small to medium series production, it is thus a great substitute for injection molding or functional quick prototyping.
