In 2022, the performance of SHENZHEN JR TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD increased by about 15% year-on-year. Among them, 3D printing and precision CNC machining both account for about 50%.
During the epidemic period, we can achieve such good results, thanks to our customers for their support and trust in JR. At the same time, we would like to thank our sales, engineers, and factory employees. Because our customers mainly come from European and American countries, there will be a big time difference in working hours. However, our sales will basically accompany customers until the early hours of the morning, and engineers will also assist sales to provide production plans until late at night. Finally, in order to meet the customer's delivery date in time, our factory employees will also actively apply for overtime production. Therefore, because of the dedication and hard work of so many people in our company, we can get the satisfaction and support of our customers.
A company can develop better without teamwork. It is because of such an excellent team that JR can continue to operate and develop better and better.
Although we have achieved good results in 2022, we know that there is still a lot of room for improvement. For example, how to better provide customers with better prices and reduce customers' production costs; how to respond to customer inquiries more quickly; how to better optimize teamwork and reduce communication time and costs, etc.
In 2023, we still have many plans to complete. In terms of 3D printing, we need to expand new businesses and expand our production capacity.
