Industrial 3D printer manufacturer 3D Systems has announced a series of new products, including two laser printers, the SLA 750 and SLA 750 Dual, the new Accura AMX durable natural 3D printing resin, the PostCure 1050 post-processing system, and the new Oqton manufacturing operating system.
Let’s take a closer look

The SLA 750 is available in two configurations, including a 4W laser, while the SLA 750 Dual is a dual-laser system that prints twice as fast. Both machines are an incredible improvement over traditional SLA 3D printers in terms of speed and throughput. The new 750 Dua comes with two lasers, an interesting move, and we might see more in the future.

With a build volume of 750 x 750 x 550 mm, the SLA 750 Series is 15 percent larger than 3D Systems’ previous models. What’s even more interesting is that 3D Systems has chosen to not simply announce a new machine, but they’re also announcing a complete set of associated tools, software, and materials.
◆Integrated Hyper-Scan vector technology, a proprietary scanning algorithm that optimizes parameters such as laser focus, power, and vector motor kinematics.
◆ On the software side, the SLA 750 system will include 3D Sprint, an all-in-one software program for print preparation and optimization. And by leveraging the new cloud-based, AI-driven Oqton manufacturing operating system, which enables users to schedule production processes and connect with other machines for full traceability on the shop floor.
◆New Accura AMX Durable Natural can be resistant to production-grade parts. The material has high elongation and can withstand heavy bending. the material of parts can be used in a variety of scenarios, including jigs and fixtures

Designed to address every stage of the 3D printing workflow, this comprehensive suite of solutions is designed for large-scale and high-volume production applications in the automotive, consumer, aerospace, and healthcare sectors. The new product suite enables SLA mass production to triple the output of other 3D printing platforms.
These additional announcements make the SLA 750s much more compelling as a complete solution should be of greater interest to buyers, particularly those stepping into AM or moving to a larger solution.
