The Print Process
1. The molding platform is positioned one layer above the liquid resin tank's surface.
2. By selectively curing photopolymer resin, an ultraviolet laser prints layer by layer. The laser beam is directed along a predetermined path, scanning and curing the printed part.
3. After printing one layer, the forming platform is lowered by one layer, and the scraper applies a new layer to the surface. Repeat this process until the model is finished printing.
4. Once the printing is finished, the prototype is removed from the resin, cured, polished, and then electroplated, painted, or colored to produce the desired product.
