What is SLA Rapid Prototyping

SLA rapid prototyping is an additive manufacturing technique that relies on UV polymerization. The photosensitive resin is irradiated and cured layer by layer by laser beams, the digital model is divided into cross-sections, and UV light is cured layer by layer on the liquid resin formed after irradiation, and finally, 3D parts are made. It grows an object on the surface of a liquid photosensitive substance through a laser beam. It uses a computer to control a laser to radiate a photosensitive substance so that it undergoes chemical and physical reactions under the irradiation of a laser beam to develop into a three-dimensional object.

The process of SLA rapid prototyping :

1. A 3D model is designed from the computer. Then validated, cleaned, and prepared by CAD software.
