Forming materials and application fields of 3DP technology

1. Prototype parts application materials, such as nylon powder, ABS powder, and gypsum powder;

2. Mold application materials, such as various metal powders, ceramic powders, and various sand powders for sand casting, high-performance nylon, etc.;

JR uses 3DP printing technology to print the sand mold of the integral pump impeller by the equipment in just a few hours. After the printing work is completed, the excess sand is removed, and then the sand mold is cleaned by compressed air, and then shipped to the foundry. At the foundry, these sand molds are black-painted, and the assembled sand molds are sent to a 1650°C casting environment to cast impellers in corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
